Job Title: Systems Engineer

Required Professional Experience:
Minimum of three years within the past seven years in the following areas:
- Management, reduction, and analysis of data.
- Designing tests and laboratory analyses.
- Conducting scientific analyses and interpreting research results for C4ISR systems.
- System of systems design and development for C4ISR systems.
- Architecting, reviewing, analyzing, testing, and modifying system of systems designs and implementations for C4ISR systems.
Desired Experience:
Five years within the past 10 years in the following areas:
- Management, reduction, and analysis of data.
- Designing tests and laboratory analyses.
- Conducting scientific analyses and interpreting research results for C4ISR systems.
- System of systems design and development for C4ISR systems.
- Architecting, reviewing, analyzing, testing, and modifying system of systems designs and implementations for C4ISR systems.
- Working with open architecture constructs such as:
- Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA)
- Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS)
- Open Mission Systems (OMS)
- Open Communication Standard (OCS)
- Utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)
- Experience with Low Probability of Detection (LPD) and Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) waveforms and anti-jam communication capabilities.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or a related field.
