Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA
Clearance: Secret (w/ ability to obtain TS/SCI)

Required Experience (within past 7 years) includes:
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing software engineering management, reduction, and analysis of data, designing tests, and laboratory analyses, including scientific analyses and interpretation of research results for C4ISR systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with software engineering that includes software planning, requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, debugging, and installing large scale software systems. This experience must also include how to estimate, measure and report quality and progress of the software development effort.
Desired Experience (5 yrs. within past 10 years):
- Developing embedded real-time software
- Developing models and simulations
- Working with Real-time Operating Systems (RTOS)
- Utilizing object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) methodologies
- Agile software development
- DevSecOps and/or complex software build plans
- Open architecture constructs such as: Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR)/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS), Open Mission Systems (OMS), Open Communication Standard (OCS), Utilizing the Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI)
- Experience developing and documenting software architecture using tools like Cameo or similar Model-Based Systems Engineering tools
- Configuration management and collaboration tools such as (or similar to) Git, JIRA, Collaborator, Beyond Compare, and VersionOne
