Job Title: Senior Program Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager or Engineer to support U.S. Navy ship programs as an HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) platform. This role works directly with Navy stakeholders on ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 10–15 years supporting DoD programs/projects
- Experience in program management, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, risk, or performance reporting
- 10+ years in engineering or technical roles
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to PMS 321 as an HM&E Hull Manager
- Support ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning
- Coordinate with fleet, engineering, and maintenance organizations
- Assist with engineering reviews, ship checks, and investigations
- Track ship issues and support technical resolutions
- Prepare briefings, reports, and executive summaries
- Support work-package closeout and end-of-availability activities
