Job Title: Business Financial Manager (CPPM)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Financial Manager (BFM) to support the Cost, Price, and Program Management (CPPM) office. This role provides hands-on budget execution, financial tracking, and reporting support. The position does not include inherently governmental functions (e.g., transferring funds between cost centers).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as BFM supporting CPPM program activities
- Develop and maintain spend plans
- Generate and track requisitions (REQs)
- Monitor commitments, obligations, and expenditures
- Provide financial reporting and execution status updates
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with agency financial policies
Required Qualifications
- Prior federal agency experience as a BFM
- Strong knowledge of federal budget execution processes
- Experience with government financial systems
- Ability to manage program-level financial reporting
