Job Title: Program Scheduler

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Scheduler with an Agile background to support planning and coordination across product teams. This role will use JIRA and the current Structure-Gantt roadmap to build and maintain schedules, break work into milestones and sprint-level planning, and improve visibility across products and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain schedules in JIRA using the Structure-Gantt roadmap
• Break high-level plans into detailed milestones and sprint activities
• Coordinate with product teams to gather inputs needed for JIRA tickets and schedule updates
• Track progress across products and tools and keep the roadmap current
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional product teams and gather schedule inputs

Required Qualifications:

• Agile experience
• Strong JIRA experience
• Familiarity with milestones, sprint planning, and roadmap tracking
• Strong coordination and information-gathering skills
